Germany need a kind of counterbalance. In old TRP version you had very difficult triggers to recruit a number of german elite divisions. All in all the chances to recruit all german elite division was close to zero. The new german elite file is more simplified. You dont have to fulfill special requirements for elite division. You will need ressources, manpower and money.

With this system you can recruit all historical elite formations. And as a bonus we added the SA-Panzerkorps Feldherrnhalle to the elite divisions. Only trick is to survive until 1945 to recruit your army. Hope this will answer a lot of your questions. Feel free to ask more.
