Just as I tap the power button the PC immediately powers up. It almost seems like it does it just before I touch the button!

Attention Peepleware: Recently I have found that every time I start up the RemoteX app and connect to a server, it launches iTunes on that computer. I don't want it to launch iTunes on the computer when I connect to it. Please fix this issue.
